During a phase of exploring free workout resources on YouTube, the trajectory shifted when I embraced Centr, Chris Hemsworth's workout app, particularly after acquiring a set of adjustable dumbbells. While an annual membership entailed a $120 investment, the frequent utilization of this resource rendered it a judicious expense.


The seamless transition to home workouts was facilitated by the realization that my gym visits were primarily centered around the treadmill, neglecting the extensive array of equipment available. For aficionados of exercise machines, the financial toll can escalate swiftly, but for those adhering to budget constraints, curating a home gym can be achieved for under $500.
